We found Denise through the HomeAdvantage program from our credit union. They referred us to a few different agents, but Denise stood out because of her experience, knowledge of the area, and incredible extra honors and awards she's received. We had 3 days to find a house in the area while we were here for my husband's job interview and she spent every minute she could with us looking at houses and talking through our needs in addition to the time beforehand where she searched for properties for us. She noticed all the little things about what we were wanting and our family's needs so she was able to find the perfect location for us that we hadn't even known about. Beyond that she was incredibly thoughtful and helpful with our toddler daughter who was with us throughout the whole process! I so appreciate that beyond all that, Denise is such a kind of person and I know I can reach out to her even after the purchase if I have questions about the area or need suggestions. Denise went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She listened and took the time to really get to know us - she understood what we wanted even if we hadn't mentioned things out loud! She was always extremely quick to answer and follow up. She was so patient and helpful.
