Jim never settled for less than what I expected in my long list of demands regarding my new home. Jim made it a point to go to bat for me throughout the negotiating stages and made the process less stressful. I felt that Jim cared for me more as a person than he did about making a sale. Truly understood our needs in finding house but then took it other step in communication with inspections and getting his contacts involved when issue of roof came up. Very easy to communicate with and always available, especially in the situation we had with having to homes with just myself or my wife. He did a lot of duplicate work with this but never could sense an issue and I knew it wasn't. I have already recommended a colleague for Jim and would do so again.
