Karen Karlow of CENTURY 21 Epic

I started using Karen a number of years ago when our long time real estate agent retired. I checked out a few agents and decided to go with Karen and have never regretted my decision. We have done now 4 transactions with Karen and looked at hundreds of houses. She is the best Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with. Great direction in negotiating. Willingness to preview properties and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. Her upbeat and positive disposition is such a bonus in working through the intricacies of a real estate transaction. She is readily available to either speak to or text with. Quick to send any documents on any houses that I might be interested in. Always willing to meet us at any house we wanted to look at. This time around, we looked at a lot of properties before finding our recent purchase. She never complained or was hesitant about showing us the next house as we worked through our process of finding the right property. She points out positives and negatives. For instance, the new home we just purchased has a sago palm in the landscaping. Sago palms are poisonous to dogs. I have two dogs. Having a poisonous plant in my yard is not an option with my dogs. Her pointing out this information is valuable to me. Karen is fun to work with and enjoys viewing the houses with us. It's been a wonderful experience culminating in finding the absolute perfect house for us. 15 day close and everything went like clockwork. Thank you Karen!!!

our agent had our interest and input at the top of her agenda and was always doing her best to fill the needs of the sale. very thurough in presentation . covered all aspects needed for the property sale. every detail was handled with the upmost professionalism we could not have had a better agent to handle the estate sale. all around top of the list
