But thanks to Mae's skill and talent so that my house was sold within a short period of time. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, arrange show times, and advising us on things to consider with each property. 10 out of 10 would recommend Mae Geller. I learned so much from her and we now have a house we love! Incredibly intelligent about many aspects of housing and living expenses. So kind and accommodating, so patient and friendly. Definitely one of Minot's treasures of the real estate community! Mae Geller greatly advocated on our behalf with the sellers. We almost bought a different house, which she advised against. After the inspection, it was determined we would need to spend upwards of 100k to fix that house. She was right the whole time and very knowledgeable about home repair and VA requirements. She pointed out a lot of things about each house that we didn't consider or notice and that really helped us make our decision. She was also insanely quick to get things done. Far exceeded every moving experience I've ever had! If I ever move again, she will be the first person I call!
