Steve is very Professional in all aspects of being a Real Estate Agent. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable of the area and up to date property values. Steve is well respected by the other agents he must deal with in order to close the deal, without Steve being involved in my home purchase I highly doubt the sellers would have chosen us to sell the multiple offer home to. Working with Steve Pouliot was a very excellent experience. He listened very closely to what we had to say and what we wanted in our home. He was always there when I called or text he would immediately text me back or call me back, which I truly appreciate it. Also, he always answered my questions, whether it be phone or text. Anytime I wanted to see a home he would make it work even if he had other obligations to take care of in his line of work. For the sale of the home, he explained everything and suggested what to offer, but never pressured us. He always explained everything to us in a way that we could understand it if we didn't and always kept us up-to-date as to what was going on with the home. He made it easy and we got it! We are very happy and will use him again for my son's home to sell and get a different home.

Working with Steve was not only effective in the sale of our house but it was always comfortable. I cannot praise Steven Pouliot enough! We have close friends in the realty business, but we're so happy we didn't go with them because Steven is everything and more that we were looking for in our realtor. We are first time home buyers and Steven helped us every step of the way and made sure we were always happy and comfortable with our choices. In this market we've heard all the stories about multiple offers and being outbid over and over again and we were prepared for that to happen. He's based out of the Shelby office, but he was ready and willing to come all the way out to Harrison Township during rush hour on a stormy night to meet us and show us around a potential property.
