Denise marketed the area in addition to the house. Her listing described a lifestyle, not just a property. Her confidence and expertise were comforting and impressive. She kept us informed at every juncture and advocated for us numerous times during the under contract weeks until closing. She was much more knowledgeable than the buyer's realtor from Wake County. I would recommend Denise Edwards and Century 21 to anyone! It only took 48 hours to get an offer for the exact asking price for our property and we had a "for sale by owner" sign in the yard for a month or more before listing it with Denise. It was her promotion of our property that got us a prequalified buyer in on 48 hours.
