Seller reviewThe agents we dealt with were great. Michelle assisted with recommendations of colors, textures, styles on our remodel to make the home most marketable. They suggested a listing price 30K over what I expected. It sold for 15K less than that with a 5K closing allowance. The time we hit the market was not most advantageous or I am sure they would have had offers at the price they recommended! Yanice was very approachable and a great hostess for the open houses. She always made sure to secure the home when the open house was done and was great about getting us feedback from the visitors.
