Peggy went out of her way to make each step as painless as possible and advocated for us to get the best concessions from the seller to make the home livable for us. Peggy was always available to answer questions about the process, communicated quickly and clearly and was in frequent contact with our mortgage lender to make sure all pieces of the process we moving along Peggy has continued to assist with some unforeseen difficulties with the house after closing. She continues to follow up to make sure all issues that were part of the seller's responsibility to pay for have been completed fully. In the end if Peggy had not been our realtor and we hadn't had the level of confidence in her due to the calm demeanor and skillfulness she showed when dealing with the seller's realor, we probably would have walked away from a house we really wanted because of the stress of the situation. She saved this house buying experience for us.
