Seller reviewSandra has sold three properties for my family. During the process of selling all of these properties she was very good in communicating everything that was going on. These properties had been rentals for 20 years and not in the best condition. She was able to get us a great price and close them in a very reasonable time. I would recommend Sandra to anyone who wants an experienced, knowledgeable agent!

However, I did not know the procedures of California real estate. Sandra and I started communicating almost a year before the properties could be sold. She made sure I knew I could count on her when they were ready. She made the process go very smooth once they were She is professional, yet personable. Very knowledgeable of the market and of rules and regulations. She got us the best price for the properties. She was able to get buyers without having to advertise or put in the MLS, which made the situation so much less stressful.
