Since we live in Virginia, we have to tour properties in HHI by Skype. Susan Cromey was tireless in showing us many properties. One Saturday, I was exhausted watching her from the comfort of my home showing us property after another property. She was our eyes and ears. She pointed out the good and the bad of the properties. She made us aware of issues that we would not have seen even if we were actually present. Pointing out defects in a property may not be good for a quick sale, but it was very important that we were able to trust what she showed and presented to us. She would not hesitate to point out if there were repair issues or if the property was over-priced. Her opinion became our most important guide in evaluating property. We have a lot of questions. Susan always patiently answered our questions and explained the process. What she did not know she would make the calls and do her research and provide answers promptly. She did so any day of the week at all hours. She helped us set fair realistic prices and let go when seller would not budge. She did not just push us to buy. She was diligent and very careful in writing contract offers with details carefully spelled out. She watched out for our interests throughout the entire process. We needed her to do that because we don't always know what to watch out for. She coordinated all the activities involved in a very quick closing of two weeks. She facilitated inspections, repairs, agreements and closing. She even helped us set up our rental property by finding management and cleaning companies. In summary, Susan is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, friendly, energetic and professional and she does her best for her clients. Of the many real estate agents we have worked with before, Susan Cromey is exemplary and simply the best. We have already recommended her to someone interested in buying in HHI and would strongly recommend her with no reservations to anyone interested in real estate in HHI. Thank you, Susan. Sue was terrific both in selling our condo and in finding a house for us on Hilton Head. We had several emergencies come up in the process and Sue went above and beyond to help us getting paperwork in order and closing both deals.
