He gave me options and the price that I could list the property at with each option. He also explained the pros and cons of each option. I picked the option of selling the property "as is" without a tenant. Alexis made the selling process easy, alleviating any stress that I had, and keeping me positive. Alexis did everything including changing locks, getting house ready for CO, and obtaining CO. He sold the property in a reasonable amount of time at a satisfactory price.
