Countless instances where she would dedicate her time to explain things step by step, and address any concerns that we encountered throughout the process. I don't think anyone was as dedicated to help me throughout this entire process as Anna. Every question or concern were addressed and handled with urgency and care. I truly felt like family rather than just a business associate. Both minor and major questions not only came with answers, but effective solutions followed. What a great experience for what is supposed to be such a stressful task. Words cannot describe how wonderful Anna is. All of my concerns were addressed and personal preferences met. She helped me find my dream house, which I will make into my dream home. Achieving the American dream is best done with Anna on your team. Great work all around, all available resources were effective utilized and helped aid in my successful purchase of my dream house. As I've stated before, couldn't have been such a great experience without Anna on my side with her expertise, calm, caring, focused, and driven determination.
