Buyer reviewChris went above and beyond in every step of purchasing our home. His communication was outstanding and he was there for us every step of the way. I cannot imagine going through this process without him. We spent more time with Chris this year than many of our family members. Almost every weekend we were looking at houses and at times we felt discouraged. Chris was always there for us reminding us to keep our heads up and not to settle out of frustration. At this point he feels more like a friend or family member than our agent.

Having worked with several agents prior, he was by far the most thorough, taking the time to assist us in the buying process and provide comp data for each home we viewed. Chris helped purchase our home in Dix Hills where he effectively negotiated the deal and several concessions too. Additionally, his calm and patient demeanor was an asset in the chaotic covid real estate market. Chris also helped with the sale of our home in Massapequa. He took the time to effectively market the listing from the description to the photography, even giving us staging suggestions. He took the time to show the home and helped successfully negotiate the deal for over asking. Overall, Chris was amazing!
