She was able to negotiate a fair deal expeditiously that included all the terms we wanted. Elisa went above and beyond to make sure that our deposit was delivered immediately to the seller's attorney. She was extremely professional and communicated all pertinent information to us in a timely manner. It was obvious that Elisa was very knowledgeable about the process as she guided us through each of the steps. Her warmth and humor were evident which helped to put us at ease. Buying a new home is a stressful process, and Elisa was able to keep us calm when we hit a few snags.
