Between attorneys, finance people and other parties needed to complete a home purchase Kim was the most responsive and got us information we needed when we needed it. Kim became like another member of our family over this process. With selling our prior home and purchasing this one and also juggling full time jobs and a three year old daughter we needed someone like Kim to be as flexible as she was.
