Seller reviewVinny had helped our cousin sell a house in Lindenhurst, and recommended him as someone who knew the market and would look out for us. We found that 100% true. He really cared about doing a good job, assuming responsibility for the entire process, and keeping us informed. He made sure everything was considered upfront, explained the process he would follow, and he executed on everything he said he would. He kept on top of the process in timely manner, kept us informed, and bugged the other parties as needed to keep it all on track. Nothing ever goes 100% as planned, but we felt the entire process went as well as could be expected. Vinny guided us along the way about things we should or should not do to prepare the house, what to expect at key steps, and any risks. We quickly felt comfortable we made the right choice, and were happy about the final outcome.

He took the time to figure out exactly what we were looking for in a home and made sure we were able to view homes that weren't having open houses. He was constantly sending updates and new houses on the market. He took the time to be there at open houses and during the inspection. He gave his personal input and treated us as if we were family.
