Seller reviewCliff was very thorough and patient in explaining the sales process. He wasn't rushed or high-pressure and helped my elderly mother feel comfortable about the decision. He patiently answered every question we had. He was very quick to respond to questions. We had a deal unexpectedly fall through at the last minute and had to start the sales process over again, and Cliff was reassuring and diligent through it all. He communicated with the buyer's lender to ensure everything was on track. When we had multiple offers, he helped us understand each offer agreement so we could make a wise decision. Cliff went above and beyond in handling our sale. He stopped by our empty house multiple times just to check on things. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process and was always quick to respond to any question we had. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Cliff and would recommend him to others.

There aren't enough good things I can say about Cliff. If I ever need a realtor again, I will definitely use Cliff. As for the above characteristics, excellent is the only way to describe Cliff. He was by my side during a very stressful sale every step of the way. I knew I could call him anytime to discuss questions or concerns. He is an extremely patient man who is willing to go above and beyond for his client. The staff at Century 21 AAA North were very accommodating, from my initial introduction to the staff to the closing process I felt extremely comfortable and confident in their abilities..
