Hi! My name is Heidi O'Connor, an Associate Broker with Century 21 All-Service and creator of Central Virginia Living on Facebook and Instagram. Licensed since 2002, I'm experienced in residential, lots, land, farms, small commercial and vacation real estate sales. My Professional Designations include Associate Broker, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource), and e-Pro certifications. The knowledge gained from these designations have helped me better serve my clientele, but the best part of my job is helping people achieve their goals and problem solving. When I'm not practicing real estate, you can find me working on my farm with my husband, sailing on Smith Mountain Lake, walking my dogs or riding my horses. Everyone has real estate needs at some point in their lives, and I'm here to help!

Seller reviewWe have worked with Heidi in the past when we bought our property and now again to sell, we have never had any issues with Heidi. Communication was Great and very knowledgeable as well! We had our property under contract in less than a week!We also had left some stuff at the House that the Buyers did not want and Heidi even offered to take care of that for us! Great service and would most definitely use Heidi again if we buy or sell in that area
