Buyer reviewWe were fortunate to have Wally assigned as our agent when we were looking for homes. We started off with targeting three locations - Wally developed a very good feel for what we were looking for and used his experience to guide us one of the three cities that would match our demands. He got a good understanding of what type of home we were looking for and did not waste our time and weekends driving around properties. His recommendations were mostly on the mark and it helped us big time in not having to see too many houses. We were happy with our final selections, and Wally guided us through a rather confusing phases after bidding and acceptance. He was not pushy, made subtle hints and offered appropriate advise for us to come to our own decision. He was always available and was on time - very professional. He worked with us without getting bored - to show some homes more than once so we can make up our mind,
