Jill was so amazing. She listened to what we wanted, and walked us through every step. She's a great listener and communicator. We had decided to move from California to Rhode Island and we were visiting for a few weeks and just wanted to look at a few places, not really thinking we were ready to buy. But Jill found us the most amazing home, that we fell in love with immediately. She helped us bring an offer together on short notice and she has a great team of people. We had to go back to California and she handled all of the logistics, from getting inspectors booked, to scheduling and the final walk through. Jill Arnold was awesome! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. Not only did she sell our house within a week.... with multiple offers above asking.... she was so helpful in getting our house ready to sell. She assisted us in every step of the way with what we had to do to get our house ready, provided local references for painting and carpentry work and troubleshot issues that arose around the sale of our house due to Covid and the issues the buyers were experiencing with their bank. She knew our location, who she needed to target and how to go about doing it. She staged our house perfectly and hosted two very successful open houses. She knew exactly how to sell our house with its uniques attributes and location. She took what usually is a very stressful process and made it seamless. She was amazing!

We worked with Jill for about a year. She was always on top of checking the availability of houses in our price range with our preferences. On finding 'the one' Jill moved quickly to make sure we were able to go to contract as soon as possible. Jill is amazing at her job, as she was the sellers agent for the house I wanted to buy. I instantly felt comfortable with her, so I decided to have her sell my house for me. And I'm grateful that I did. It had been 24 years since I purchased a home, and many things have changed.
