Buyer reviewFrom day one when I initially got in touch with Brenda I was impressed. This was our first home purchase and Brenda put us at ease. It was like working with a close friend. She answered every question we had and truly had our best interests in mind. She has taught us so much about the home buying process, the do's, dont's and what things are important. This in my opinion can be a very stressful process at times and when it got to be overwhelming Brenda was always there calm, cool and collected to reassure us that we will be fine and to not sweat it. She was always ready to go to bat for us. My wife and I both feel that we not only have built a relationship with Brenda as our realtor for life, but a friend as well. Hands down she is the best, wouldn't want to have another person in our corner!

As a young first time home buyer, she was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through this crazy market to find my perfect home! She was the absolute best at being flexible and scheduling showings as soon as possible. Brenda was always extremely easy to get a hold of. She was always very prompt with answering questions and scheduling showings. Brenda was able to explain everything to me in ways that made perfect sense. She was always on top of everything and never let anything slip through the cracks. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Seller reviewI was apprehensive about this, but from the moment we met, I felt comfortable with Brenda. She was forthright, and didn't offer false expectations. We worked through both the positive and negative issues of the property, and she offered realistic options for this homes value. She immediatly picked up on how much this property meant to my family, as we have had it for just under 100 years. Thoughout the process she was kind, understanding, professsional and most of all (for me) fun to work with.
