There was one moment that really told me the kind of realtor he is - we were at a house and it wasn't great but I had a sad moment and said, "Are we ever going to find anything?!" His response was basically, "I want better for you, and I know we can do better." His advice was always spot-on, and when it came to writing an offer, he helped us take some calculated risks that paid off. We've met some pushy, salesy, arrogant realtors and Ryan is NOT that. We are so grateful for Ryan's help buying our first/dream home.
