Getting ready to sell my late mother's house seemed overwhelming to me. Cynthia Tohill communicated regularly on steps I needed to take to make it happen. She was physically present for the various contractors such as estate salespeople and lawn contractors. I felt she had my interest in her capable hands. We worked remotely for the most part. Many phone calls, texts and emails were sent back and forth during the process to get ready for the sale. I didn't live there so I needed someone who could act on my behalf and could clearly communicate progress and negotiations with vendors and contractors. I really could not have asked for more.
