Elizabeth was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. My experience began with Elizabeth sitting down with me and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Shore (Ocean County) market. Based on my input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Elizabeth provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit my wants/needs and what type of home I might expect to find within my budget. To start, we spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods I selected and checking out listings while Elizabeth spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house & community. I was not the most decisive home shopper, so I definitely tested her knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and I was never disappointed with her responses. Most important to me, Elizabeth was always honest with about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and I always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. In the future, if I ever decide to move, I will definitely use Elizabeth & C21 again to both sell my home and find a new one.

We had seen a home for sale and it stated to contact Beth for more information, and then we started working with Beth for several months, looking at many homes before we settled on one to make an offer. Beth was a huge help working with us from beginning to end and helping us to find our beautiful home for a good price. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Beth is patient and very sweet. She went above and beyond my expectations in every way through out the process of the sale. She was very supportive and showed she really cared about me as a person. I didn't feel like I was just a number to her. I felt like she was a friend. She was professional in handling the sale of my home and made sure I got tge best deal.
