I had actually gotten a recommendation for a different realtor who is no longer with the company. Since he was gone, we were assigned Elizabeth Hughes kind of randomly. I honestly couldn't be happier though, Liz was helpful every step of the way, funny & friendly. The whole process was smooth and we could reach out to her anytime for questions or concerns and get a reply back almost instantly. She really put in a lot of time and effort to make sure we were comfortable & encouraged at all times. We got reliable, good contacts for every concern we had, and she was able to explain the entire intricate process as we went as well as providing next steps in the process as we went along.
