Louis Balka was recomended by next door neighbor who is a retired real estate agent. Thanks to both of them we could not have made a better decision. Lou was spot on as to pricing. We started $5000.00 higher than his suggestion. After two weeks we reduced the asking price to his inital appraisal. The rest is history. The house sold for asking price. Lou was aggressive with the open houses, three in a row. He kept us up to date every step of the way. Being responsible for my mothers house and living 100 miles away Lou went above and beyond helping with all required inspections and any other details that needed to be attended too. He also recomended a local lawyer that we were very satisified with. Yes, I would recomend Louis Balka to help you sell your home.

Informed us and gave good advice, as far as obtaining documents and inspections,as well as accomodated us with any special needs, since my brother was still living in the home.
