A friend of mine used Thomas Channing for her co-op purchase and she highly recommended him. I had to rely on Tom because I live in Colorado and could not go to the inspection in person. During the inspection Tom called me on his cell phone and I was able to virtually see the home via Facetime. Everything had to be handled remotely until the closing, and Tom had to make several trips to the co-op I was purchasing without me (the initial visit and then the inspection). He was my eyes and ears and advocate because I was doing this purchase from Colorado. He also made several trips to speak to the Co-op staff to drop off needed documents. Tom was professional and trustworthy is his dealings with me and also with the Crestwood Village One staff and trustees. Tom Channing was able to make this purchase happen and I would recommend him without hesitation.
