Buyer reviewDrew was fantastic to work with. Heading into this journey, Drew was very aware of what was essential in the home I was looking for, and made it his quest to find the house best suited for my needs. He was very thorough in his observations of each of the homes we visited, and was able to point out positives and negatives at each location. I knew from the beginning I was in good hands with Drew Chabot. Though boxes are still being unpacked, there is a very happy family who has begun a new chapter in their lives.

He went all out to take care of any questions we had during the process; he really was the best. He has excellent knowledge of the Toms River area which helped us in a big way to make our house purchase a lot easier. He's the "Top Dog" when it comes to real estate agents.

Buyer reviewDrew was on top of every deadline and signings I needed to get done and walked me through everything to ensure I had a deep understanding of what each phase was in this process. If there was a category here for one above excellent they would all be checked for Drew. Two categories more for patience ha . This was my first home and there were a lot of moving parts. Drew talked me off the ledge multiple times as I was impatient but he went above and beyond to get this done for me and I can't express how satisfied and grateful I will be for having Drew as my real estate agent and friend.

Ashley was on time, polite, presentable and she got back to us in a timely manner with all of our questions. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ashley and I would gladly work with her again in the future should the need arise.

Seller reviewDrew is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Toms River and in particular the various different neighborhoods which each have unique market conditions. Drew was also very good at helping me negotiate in a multiple offer situation as well as respond to requests during the inspection phase. Overall I felt confident that I was in good hands during the sale of my home.
