I feel that she went out of her way to accommodate me seeing the house a 2nd time, and she pushed hard to get the city of Stanley to approve the plat adjustment in a timely manner. I got the feeling that she genuinely cared about me and my questions and with helping me get into this house; not that it was just another commission for her. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a property. I am 110% satisfied with her and her work.

Buyer reviewI would describe Molly as smart, genuine, understanding, pleasant, and experienced. All of these characteristics shine when dealing with her at all stages of the home purchase. Molly assisted when others involved in the home purchase fell short. She was even able to pick up the slack where my lender was falling behind with the appraisal/loan documents and even when my relocation coordinators' communication was lacking. Molly stepped up when we needed help or found a way to solve the issues.
