Listing prep was quick and was professional, not just using phone to get room shots. I think it was the good presentation of property to a wide range of media in a short time after listing was the reason it sold after 3 days.

Robert Fannette was great to work with, he is extremely pleasant, accessible, and a local area expert. He was accommodating and met us at anytime we were in town to support the sale, weekdays or weekend, anytime! We owned land near Robert but did not live locally and needed a reputable listing agent. Robert came recommended by a family member that lives close by which proved to be spot on. Having his knowledge of the local land market was critical.
