Seller reviewI only met Soni when she was representing another property we were interested in a couple of years ago. She demonstrated a willingness to help that stood out among the realtors I have dealt with and so we considered her when it was time to sell our home. The nature of the market was such that our impression of her character was way more important than other things (e.g. marketing plan). Soni held our hand through a very complicated sale. Inside of 60 days, we sold our house and bought a new one during the coronavirus pandemic. The lack of inventory, of course, made the sale of our home go quickly, but made buying a property incredibly difficult, especially since we weren't going to win any bidding wars. We found a property that was good but it became clear that the seller was somewhat odd. I believe that Soni was instrumental in getting our offer accepted. After the accepted offer, we actually talked to Soni MORE than before which was nice because there were many moving parts and we had so many questions. I believe that she went above and beyond MANY times over the past two months to make sure we were comfortable with all that was going on. If not for Soni, I doubt this deal could have worked. I have already begun recommending Soni to my social circle and will continue to do so.
