Seller reviewI've worked with Laura Drinkwater a few times over many years. The best part of dealing with Laura is that she dosen't put on airs. I appreciate a straight-forward conversation and a realistic approach to buying and selling. Laura is responsive, and easily approachable, she always has all of the necessary information and responds quickly and concisely to any and all of my questions. Laura was the first person I thought of when my husband and I had to go through the process of clearing and selling my Father in Law's home. She provided sensible opinions that ended up saving us money during that very arduous process. I would recommend Laura to family, friends, and acquaintances in a second for all of the reasons named above and more!

Buyer reviewI worked with Laura previously securing a building lot that was not on the market. She did the legwork to contact the owner when I personally had been unsuccessful in doing so. She also negotiated purchase price considerably below the price advertised when it was last on the market. A couple of years later, a single family home adjacent to that property became available in a very hot housing market and her knowledge, expertise, and assistance was invaluable in closing the deal. She was swift, incredibly professional, and helped us navigate some pitfalls that could have prevented us from being able to acquire that home. She also worked with our mortgage provider and the selling broker in a complicated closing that involved legal counsel as the representative for the selling party for a fast and seamless process that allow us to close before rates increased. I highly recommend Laura Drink water and look forward to working with her in the future.

Seller reviewLaura is very professional and knowledgeable about real estate. It was because of her advice in negotiating with the prospective buyers and their agent that enabled us to get more than the asking price for our property. There were a few obstacles encountered with the title of the property. Laura was continuously on the phone with the attorneys to straighten these out. We were kept informed of every detail as it happened. I would definitely use Laura as my agent again and would recommend her to family and friends.
