Seller reviewOur decision to choose Wendy Pelletier as our realtor for the sale of 20 Roger St was made because of her knowledge and patience shown when my husband and I were "house hunting" a few years ago and she helped us find and purchase the house we currently live in so we knew who to turn to when it was time to sell the property at 20 Roger St. Though the sale of 20 Roger St was accomplished in a short time the actual closing on the property took a lot longer for various reasons and Wendy was helpful and encouraging as we all tried to get through a stressful time and her persistence to get the property sold was very much appreciated by this seller and I would imagine, the buyer as well.
