I reached out to Holly who was the selling agent for the owner of a townhouse. That property was under contract. However, based on considering what I might be looking for, Holly recommended other local homes for sale and thanks to her I was able to quickly settle on a property that was perfect for what I was hoping to find and it closed within a few weeks! Holly is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, thoughtful, hard working including on nights and weekends and has been a pleasure to work with on this. I recommend her strongly!
