Seller reviewWe are located across the country so Ms. Allegra had to be extremely hands on throughout the sale and acted as our proxy. We had zero knowledge of selling a home so she was extremely patient in guiding us through each step even staying up late to do phone calls to accommodate our 3 hr time difference. Even when we made mistakes as inexperienced landlords she helped guide us to the right resources to correct. She was present for every single step and we were lucky to have her represent us. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and always reminded us she was there to help us and serve our best interests. She never applied any pressure even when the negiotiations were drawn out for a long time. She is the best, I hope we can work with her again to buy a house and I will continue to recommend her to all of my family.

Allegra is a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. She is a strong advocate for her clients and continuously works hard to do what is in her clients' best interests. In addition, Allegra was always timely and responsive no matter the time of the day. This is especially important due to the numerous time sensitive deadlines when buying/selling a home. I could always count on Allegra to call or text back in response to my many questions. Also, Allegra was a pleasure to be around. She is funny, friendly and always so pleasant. She was always in such a good mood which allowed us to relax and be comfortable during our home search. Allegra's demeanor helped to relieve our stresses and anxieties and helped us to remain open minded during the process. Allegra was continuously patient with us. We never felt pressured to make a decision in haste. I am truly thankful we had Allegra in our corner during this process. I do not think our home buying process would have run as smoothly as it did had it not been for Allegra. My husband, daughter and I are now in our dream home where we can continue to grow our family.
