I have been a resident of Montgomery County for the past 40 years, where my husband and I raised three boys. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, I worked in the business/accounting sector and volunteered in my community. I have strong interpersonal and leadership qualities, along with organizational skills. My goal is to exceed expectations. I will walk you through the entire process from beginning to end. Clients appreciate my enthusiasm, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond for all transactions. Buying and selling homes is an emotional decision for everyone and I recognize that. I'm here to educate my clients through my experiences and to help them make the best possible decision. I am available for questions and support most hours during the day. Seller reviewThis transaction was our 2nd with Carole. I loved her personality and we just clicked. That was very important to me. In order for me to trust a person, I must be able to have a real and honest relationship with them. She was awesome! I would also say that Carole is the best type of realtor to represent her office and the Century 21 brand. Carole sold our house in 5 days at an excellent price. She was spot on with her estimate of value. Carole also sold our daughters house quickly and at a sizable sum. Carole Staats is amazing!! An excellent realtor who ultimately became a friend. I'd recommend Carole to anyone buying or selling who wants to work with a very professional yet friendly, personable, and knowledgeable realtor who has only your best interests in mind.
