After graduating from Villanova University in 1989, I went on to graduate from Temple University School of Law and purchased a home in Delaware County. My twin daughters and I lived in the Marple-Newtown School District before making the move to Chester County eight years ago.Although my daughters are proud homeowners in Philly, they enjoy coming to visit ¿the country.¿
I am a firm believer in helping others and making each day a little better (and funnier) than the day before. Aside from my professional life, I volunteer my time helping to address food insecurity in Chester County (Food Closet at Church of the Good Samaritan and St. Paul¿s Episcopal Church) and empowering women experiencing economic insecurity as they enter or re-enter the workplace by offering workshops and providing them with a wardrobe tailored to the individual woman¿s needs (Wings for Success in Frazer).
In my professional life, I have helped clients in the Greater Philadelphia Area in reaching their goals. Understanding the feelings which come with the highs and lows of life circumstances leading up to the client¿s decision to sell, purchase or lease a home is extremely important to me.I am a good listener and problem solver. I look forward to helping with your next real estate transaction.
Dana was an excellent realtor! Her knowledge of the Philadelphia area and home buying process was helpful in buying my first home. I would work with her and the Century 21 Gold Advantage again for sure. ~ Katherine, Philadelphia
