There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, market knowledge & savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Century 21 real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first . This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Buyer reviewRichard Renson is a great realtor. He's someone who works tirelessly and thinks outside the box. He's very patient and provides a ton of info and makes sure you understand it all. At times I felt bad because I felt I was making Richard work harder then he should have had to and he assured me it's all good, it's all part of his job and wants to make sure I get a home I'm happy with. There was a ton of obstacles that I had to get through on my own for closing but Richard did everything and anything he could to help and it did help move things along faster then I could do on my own. For my previous 2 homes I purchased I went with a different company and a long time realtor that had an excellent reputation and high marks and in my opinion Richard Renson blew that guy out of the water. I'd recommend him to friends, family, and anyone that needs a realtor. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great options and opinions. I'm confident he'll get the job done with the customer being happy. I can't say enough good thing about him and my experience.
