CE Roby is a true professional. I've known CE for over five years and his Mother and Dad since I was a child growing up in Shepherdsville. He is reliable and can be trusted to look out for your benefit. If you need anything he is always available. The main reason it took eight months to sell the house was the lousy weather we had this past winter. I couldn't be more pleased with CE. As we say in the military, well doneCE Roby.

This is probably the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever had. Mr. Roby is truly a professional who knows every Angle of his trade to make this happen. One other thing, Clyde Elmer Roby is 72 yrs. old, tell him he needs to retire before he's too old to enjoy it !! Like my other coment, he was flawless, couldn't believe how quick the house sold.
