Seller reviewRynaldo was an excellent realtor. Rynaldo went way above and beyond in selling our home under very difficult circumstances. I am so grateful and thankful to have had him represent me. Excellent service from Rynaldo! I found Rynaldo to be a stellar human being. He was patient, thoughtful, helpful, always available. Our sale was a result of a divorce and added many challenges to the sale. Rynaldo handled an extremely difficult situation with grace, understanding and compassion. I know it must have been brutal for him at times and the fact he never wavered or pulled-out of representing us (I probably would have if I was in his situation), is something I will forever be grateful to him for. An amazing man!

Buyer reviewRynaldo was open and transparent from beginning to end. He ensured that we always stayed in contact and were on board with all steps during the purchasing process. Rynaldo had our best interest in all aspects of the purchasing process as well - we always came first, which her dearly appreciate! He made sure we understood foreign terminology and ensured he answered all of our questions. He was very attentive to the home being built and made sure all boxes were checked. Rynaldo was definitely a people-person and made this process smooth with his friendly and relatable personality. We shared many laughs as if we had known each other for years; that's how personable and easy to get along with he was.

He kept us informed of every step of the process and regularly checked back to ensure we didn't have any questions. He addressed all of our concerns to the seller and within a week they were all fixed thanks to his follow ups. Rynaldo made the experience a lot less stressful as he took on all of the resposibilities so we would not have to. Overall, we would definitely use him again and trust his services and judgment for purchasing a home. Whether you have done it before or are new to home buying, he should be your guy.
