I had been looking at vacation/rental properties in the Lake Cumberland area off and on for quite sometime, approximately 4 years. Anytime I had a question I would ask Brad and he would always have complete knowledge of the areas and properties. He would occasionally call to ask how my search was going and offered any assistance he could. He was very patient with me as many agents I would think would give up after 4 years of a client's search. Anyway, my wife and I finally purchased a condo at Woodson Bend which we are now renovating to enjoy for ourselves and also plan to rent. We unfortunately had to go through 2 banks to get it financed and Brad again showed much patience and guided us through all the "hoops" we had to jump through to complete the transaction. We will not hesitate to work with Brad should we get back in the market for another property.

Once an ideal home was found, he went out of his way to investigate, video and instruct us for a smooth transaction.
