He was also incredibly accommodating with our schedule, even when things were hectic as we lived out of state. I would recommend Gary to anyone, and I would rate him 11/10 if I could!

He is not just a great agent but a wonderful person who really cares. He is a gem not often found these days. Gary negotiated the best deal possible for me and I honestly don't think anyone could have done better. I was buying remotely with a 3 hour time difference, Gary made himself available at all times for any questions I had. He really made sure I understood everything and was getting a house that would suit my family's needs.
