Buyer reviewOf the brokers I spoke with, Patricia Nadim best suited me. She wasn't just trying to make a sale, I felt she really took the time to help me find a house that fit me and what I wanted. Very down to earth and easy to communicate with. Took the time to make sure I understood every little detail. Honestly couldn't of asked for a better person to assist me in buying my home.

Buyer reviewWe had looked at property with Patricia 2 years ago before we were ready to buy. We had a good, friendly experience at that time and there was no pressure. When we finally were ready to make a purchase we called Patricia again. She is extremely outgoing, personable, and does a good job of overcommunicating to ensure things dont get missed. We had looked at properties for several months all around the lake and finally found one that suited us. Because of our interactions with Patricia we were ready to act when the time was right and were able to move quickly. She has the best upbeat personality with a bit of foreign flair mixed in. She spent more time with us than she probably was properly compensated for, but we certainly appreciate all that she did for us. Thanks Patricia!
