Tina Clay was amazing from the first interaction. She was the list agent on a home we were interested in, and that was very fortunate for our family as we were able to have Tina as our realtor for our entire experience! We have bought and sold several homes in several states and Tina provided the best experience we have had. We were looking for a home in KY from our current home in Maine. We were unable to travel, but did not want to buy without seeing the homes ourselves. Our daughter had recently moved to KY, and Tina could not have been more helpful coordinating showings with her so we could have some idea about each home. We really could not understand how she made it happen at times. It always seemed like we were her only clients. Tina was also helpful in giving us a sense of place since we had no idea about any of the cities, etc. Most importantly, I feel that it is important to say that Tina has the perfect balance of an amazing work ethic and the ability to connect to and understand the needs of her clients, which provided us with a level of confidence that we would find the best home for us, which we have never had in our prior expeiences. Tina was never pushy or judgemental, but always helpful, supportive, and a pleasure to communicate with. Tina made the entire process extremely easy, especially since it was done long distance without any guidance from us as to specifics about the type of home/property we were looking for. Honestly we weren't really sure, and in our experience many realtors do not handle that well, they always seem to want to put your needs into a category and move quickly to make a sale. Not Tina, it seemed like she was enjoying the process of just getting to know our family as people-not a sale. I wish Tina was our realtor in all of our prior real estate transactions!
