Jake was knowledgeable, understanding, and flexible with all of our needs.

We wanted to feel comfortable with our realtor and trust that they are working with our best interest in mind. Jake fulfilled that role well. Jake was quick to send us listed houses that we might be interested in and scheduled requested tours right away. He was always available to answer questions or go over information. He was very good at dealing with other people and getting us the information we needed if he didn't know the answer himself. I loved how flexible Jake was to work around our schedule and adapt as our house preferences changed. He was very reliable and fun to tour houses with.

Jake contacted me telling me he became a realtor. I was looking for a realtor and had begun talking to several. Once Jake contacted me, I immediately stopped with others and worked exclusively with Jake. I was familiar with his work ability from previous work with him. Jake did an awesome job and we felt he always had our interest at the forefront. He was also very clear with us when and where we needed to give a bit and when we could be more stringent. It was hard to believe Jake has only been doing this for a short time. There were a few times he went to his broker for advice, but that just felt like he was part of a strong team. We will use Jake in the future and recommend him highly to others. I have bad some really negative experiences with realtors. I am happy Jake is with Century 21 and it feels like a good place to be using to buy a house. I trust Jake to represent our interests- something that I've not felt good about with previous realtors.
