Buyer reviewJanice was truly fantastic to work with. She was so patient and thorough with all my "first time home buyer" questions. She truly advocated for me and had my interests in mind when negotiating with the sellers and their agent. I honestly dont know if we would have gotten the house (there was another offer on the table) if it hadn't been for her persistence, incredible communication skills, and expert knowledge of the buying process. She was there every step of the way coordinating and making sure everything went smoothly. I recommend her to everyone I know!
