Seller reviewEven though my house was 80 miles each way from Jim Theroux's own home, he made many trips to Columbus to advise me on how to get my house ready for a quick sale at the best price. Mr. Theroux is a good listener and he certainly helped take any stress away for us during the process. He communicated to us almost every day about things like the number of web views and buyers agents interest. He prepared a very nice listing with many photos of our home and even drone footage of the house and surrounding golf courses. When we were presented multiple offers Jim knew the real value of the home and made sure the best offer was accepted.
