Karen did a great job for us when my mother decided to downsize. We started early with Karen gaining the trust of my mother and then providing the directions we needed to prepare the house for listing several weeks in advance. We needed every extra day to empty the house and find an apartment for Mom to move into. We came down to the wire and finished the day before the photos were taken. We got several offers within days of formally listing the house and with Karen's help, accepted the best offer for Mom after being on the market for only one week!
