Marjorie was able to tactfully smooth out some difficult issues created by the buyer's agent in my opinion. She was able to link my long tern relationship with the property to the appropriate contacts in the village. Marjorie extended herself to take on tasks more appropriately provided by the buyer's agent. She made visits to my vacant property, went to city hall, and even other agencies. Marjorie smoothed out a difficult closing as my representative when mistakes were made. Marjorie is a true professional. She is quiet spoken and uses her skills in negotiation with respect for all. Marjorie represents the qualities in agents that one used to years past. She is interested in you, listens carefully and proceeds to get the job done.
