Buyer reviewBetween the bank being a hassle and the multiple "Client Care Specialists" they liked to transfer me between, the the whole house buying ordeal was becoming almost more of a hassle then it was worth. Thankfully one aspect that I never had to worry about was that Matt was on top of the actual house hunting for me. He set me up with an online campaign that only sent me houses that I was actually interested in, he was always no more than a text/call away if I wanted to see any, or had any questions. Most importantly he always had reliable knowledge about the property and an honest opinion on whether or not he thought it was something that I was looking for or not. He never pushed a property just to try and make a sale. In short if your looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, patient, and hard working broker, than Matthew Yoder should be your first and last stop.
